For PTSG, access and safety encompass all types of equipment that allows engineers to safely access all areas of every kind of building to carry out specialist services – from the testing and certification of roof anchor points to the servicing and maintenance of the world’s largest BMUs.
This role would suit someone who has experience as one of the following: Access & Safety Engineer, Fall Protection Engineer, Working at Height Engineer, Height Safety Specialist or Access & Safety Operative, or Fall Arrest Testing Operative.
What this role involves:
- Installing, testing and maintaining systems like lifelines, fixed ladders, eyebolts and guardrails
- Making sure every system meets strict compliance standards and is safe to use
- Travelling across the UK with the flexibility for occasional overnight stays
You’ll need:
- Previous experience working at height or in a safety-related role
- Confidence with tools and working on-site
- A full UK driving licence
