Access & Safety encompasses all types of equipment that allows operatives to safely access high level areas on a variety of buildings to carry out specialist services—from the testing and certification of roof anchor points to the servicing and maintenance of the world's largest BMUs.

What the role involves:

  • Deliver servicing, maintenance, and repairs to height safety equipment, including Fall Arrest and Life Safety Lines, Eyebolts (fall restraint and abseil), Gantries and walkways, Guardrails, Ladders (fixed and portable), and General lifting equipment.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations and guidelines are followed at all times and comply with British Standards.
  • Highlight any further works required following service or reactive works.
  • Support other divisions when required.
  • Ensure every system meets strict compliance standards and is safe to use.
  • Travel across the UK with flexibility for occasional overnight stays.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working at height or in a safety-related role.
  • Confidence with tools and working on-site.
  • A full UK driving licence.
