About PTSG Access & Safety
PTSG are the UK's leading provider of façade access and fall protection services, lightning protection, electrical testing, specialist building access and fire solutions. Our Fall Arrest Installations (FAI) division works on major construction projects across the UK installing fall protection systems on new build developments and refurbishment projects. We are looking for an experienced Lead Fall Protection Installer to join our growing team.
What the role involves:
As Lead Engineer you will take responsibility for installations on site and lead a small team delivering fall protection installations safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading installation works on construction sites
- Supervising Assistant Engineers
- Liaising with Site Managers and clients
- Installing fall protection systems including mansafe and safety line systems
- Ensuring installations comply with method statements and British Standards
- Completing installation reports and site documentation
- Maintaining company equipment and vehicles
You’ll need:
- Experience installing fall protection systems
- Experience working at height
- CSCS Card
- SSSTS / IOSH desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage installations on site
