The officer supports project teams by delivering inductions, daily briefings, and RAMS reviews, maintaining up-to-date safety documentation, and ensuring all personnel receive appropriate training and communication to carry out their work safely and effectively The Health and Safety Officer will also play a key role in monitoring performance through audits, inspections, and incident management. Their responsibility will include investigating accidents and near misses, preparing reports, implementing corrective actions, and lesson learned to prevent recurrence.
