Family – Head of Department (HoD) / Partner
This is a new vacancy to join a prestigious regional law firm. This role would suit a Senior Solicitor, Associate, or Junior Partner who has already headed up a team or had management responsibility and is looking for the opportunity to lead a team. They will consider more senior candidates as well.
The family team, when fully staffed, consists of the HoD, a Senior Solicitor, 3-5 Year Solicitor, an NQ-2 Year Solicitor, a Trainee Solicitor, and a Team Secretary. This department has exciting plans for growth.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced family law practitioner (a qualified mediator would be an advantage), achieving strong billing performance, and have a proven track record in implementing initiatives, business development, and leading their team to achieve growth.
