The PTC People Solutions organization consists of 4 regional People Solutions Teams (Americas, EMEA, India, and APAC) that provide both full-scope front line employee support within their assigned region, and a globally integrated level of support across all regions as needed. Reporting to the Regional People Solutions Manager, an HR Administrator is assigned low to mid complexity activities designed to develop and enhance foundational HR skillsets and experiences with an intentional journey to advance within HR. The HR Administrator will action well defined processes and programs as assigned, and in collaboration with more senior People Solutions team members, support activities across numerous employee lifecycle actions as needed. The EMEA Region People Solutions team directly supports 1700 employees and indirectly supports 7,000 global PTC employees in conjunction with the other regional People Solutions teams. The HR Administrator is an integral part of the People Solutions organization, serving as a doer and action-oriented coordinator across a defined range of employee related HR services, with a track to progress into the next level of the People Solutions career path. Example HR Administrator Responsibilities: (Including, but not limited to) Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Coordination & Support Employee File/Record Entries &Uploads Verifications of Employment Employee Case Management Triaging Employment Document Distribution & Collection Confirmation & Clarification of Various Records, Enrollments, and Opportunities Knowledge Guide & HR Policy Distribution Support of Various Low-Complexity & High-Volume Activities as Needed Daily Interaction with HR Systems (primarily Workday & ServiceNow) Preferred Traits, Skills, & Knowledge Self-Driven & Growth Oriented – acts and advocates for their own growth and development to ensure they have all the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to meet and exceed the demands of their role and build upon foundational knowledge to add to an ever-increasing skillset in efforts to expand their own capability and career opportunities. Team Oriented – ability to work effectively with peers and broader People Team members to deliver support services in a collaborative environment. Curiosity – having a desire to expand their own knowledge, and the general awareness of people, things, and processes on a deeper level. Curiosity and experiences are at the core of individual growth and development. Openness – aware that the People Solutions Teams, as well as the PTC People Team overall, is in a state of constant evolution; there is a level of change-agile mindset, adaptability, and learning-centric approach that is needed to be successful in this role. Intermediate Communicator – must be able to interpret employee needs from front-line employee to first level manager, effectively communicate follow-up questions as needed, and provide a clear and concise next-step or solution statement. Customer – Centric Focus & Lens – understanding that the employee (customer) experience is at the forefront of everything the People Solutions teams do, will ensure actionable activities are delivered within the prescribed timeframe and relevant quality level, and enhance our ability to identify improvement opportunities for long term success. Organized with Attention to Detail – the inquiries we review, the actions we take, the communications we send – all require a level of scrutiny to ensure we are delivering the right support in the right way. Required Skills & Experience Ideally, you will have the following Skills/Experience: 0-3 Years in an HR Role or 2-5 Years in a Customer Facing Role (or combination of the two) Some College Level Coursework in HR, Business Administration, or Related Field Ability to Learn New Systems, Processes, and Policies with Limited Training Hands-on Exposure to Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Language Fluency as Applicable – Ideally you must speak fluent English and either Italian or German.
