Job Responsibilities
- Assist Chinese Manager in factory construction projects.
- Translate & interpret Mandarin ⇄ Indonesian (daily communication, meetings, technical documents).
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and local teams.
- Support site supervision, progress tracking, and compliance with regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Min. 2 years of experience in construction/project management.
- Fluent in Mandarin & Indonesian (English is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards & compliance.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
