Solar Project Manager, Midlands, £50,000-£65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus As a project manager in the Solar Industry you’re probably already pretty focused on driving the future of energy to greener, cleaner technology. Now you’re potentially on the lookout for a new role. How about taking your experience to work for an organisation that is driving the design, installation and maintenance of Solar Panels for our Schools and business es? Over the last 7 years they have grown their business through reputation into one of the UK’s leading providers of PV and battery storage solutions. They’ve built an impressive client base in the commercial/education space, helping their customers save millions of pounds and thousands of tonnes of CO2. Due to expansion they are now looking for a Project Manager with PV experience to join them on their journey as they continue their mission to help our institutions adopt green energy. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, at the right quality, procuring equipment/materials, and working with subcontractors and project stakeholders. This role will focus on delivering services to their midlands clients, with the expectation to be on site 2-3 days per week, the rest from home, with a visit to their office in Coventry once every 2 weeks or so. Necessary experience: 2 years experience working within the PV industry, ideally with rooftop panel project management experience. People management experience. Valid Driving licence and willingness to travel to site as needed. What will you get in return? Salary up to £65,000. Company bonus based on personal and company performance. £500 car allowance per month during probation period. (Before then moving to a company vehicle unless otherwise agreed). 25 days holiday.
