We’re looking for a qualified Reactive Maintenance Electrician to support planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a large, operational airbase environment. This is a varied FM role working across hangars, workshops, offices, accommodation blocks, control rooms, canteens, and utility buildings — keeping critical infrastructure safe, compliant, and fully operational.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reactive and planned electrical maintenance (PPM)
  • Fault finding, testing, inspection, and repairs
  • Emergency lighting testing and remedial works
  • DB inspections, sockets, lighting, and general repairs
  • PAT testing and minor installation work
  • Small rewires and compliance-related electrical tasks
  • Occasional minor mechanical / plumbing / fabric support (multi-skilled FM environment ~20%)
  • Completing job sheets, compliance records, and CAFM updates accurately

  • 18th Edition ECS Gold Card (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 + AM2 2391 testing
