Experienced Site Manager needed to deliver civil engineering projects for a local authority client across Devon & Cornwall. You’ll be running day-to-day site operations, keeping projects safe, on track, on budget, and built right.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring H&S, environmental and quality standards are met
- Coordinating lifting operations and temporary works
- Tracking progress, programmes, and budgets
- Liaising with project teams, stakeholders, and the local authority
- Solving site and technical issues as they arise
What you’ll need:
- Proven Site Manager / Site Agent experience in civils or infrastructure
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Experience with lifting operations
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
