From maximising income from solar exports to accessing renewable energy through Power Purchase Agreements and identifying opportunities to reduce energy costs.
We’re looking for an ambitious and personable Sales Executive to join our commercial team.
Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking to take your first step into sales, this is an opportunity to develop your commercial skills and build relationships in a growing sector.
The Role
You’ll help identify and engage potential clients, understand their energy needs and introduce them to businesses services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching businesses and identifying potential clients.
- Contacting prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn to introduce the businesses services.
- Building relationships with decision-makers and understanding their priorities.
- Booking meetings and supporting the team with proposals and follow-up conversations.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and managing your pipeline.
- Working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Developing your knowledge of renewable energy and the commercial challenges facing businesses.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need previous energy industry experience or an established sales background. We’re interested in your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
You’ll bring:
- Confidence speaking to new people and an interest in building relationships.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivation to work towards targets and develop a career in sales.
- Resilience, curiosity and a proactive approach.
- Good organisation and the ability to follow up on opportunities.
- An interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
What’s on offer
- Salary between £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
- Uncapped bonus scheme (typically £10-15k on top of base in year 1)
