They are the principal contractor for Asda and Tesco, delivering all the M&E for M&S, and have long-standing relationships with a roster of household-name UK retailers.
You will be working on the mechanical design across a portfolio of live retail fit-out, refurbishment, and asset replacement projects, with a strong HVAC focus. The business has a steady pipeline of repeat work rather than one-off projects, so the design team can actually plan ahead rather than firefighting from one job to the next.
What you will be doing:
- Leading mechanical design from concept through to construction across HVAC, ventilation, and associated services for retail and commercial fit-out schemes.
- Producing design calculations, schematics, and Revit models, working closely with the electrical design team and the wider project delivery function.
- Coordinating with consultants, sub-contractors, and on-site teams to ensure the design is buildable, commercially sound, and delivered to programme.
