The Role
- Lead and grow Project Management services across the North
- Win new instructions and develop long‑term client relationships
- Drive business development, fee income and profitability
- Deliver high‑profile projects across industrial, office, student accommodation and build‑to‑rent sectors
- Mentor and develop a high‑performing team
- Champion service excellence, best practice and continuous improvement
- Proven Project Management leadership experience within the commercial property sector
- MRICS accreditation and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- An established client base and the ability to generate new business
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of winning work
- Excellent client relationship, networking and leadership skills
