We are recruiting for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of a major highways infrastructure scheme in the Midlands. This project includes £5m of Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and £44m of construction works as part of a key bus, walk, and cycle corridor programme. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for managing commercial performance from pre-construction through to delivery, while leading a commercial team and ensuring successful project outcomes. This opportunity would suit someone with strong NEC contract experience, particularly Option C with ECI, who is confident managing teams and driving commercial strategy on complex infrastructure projects.
