Are you an experienced HSE Advisor? Looking to join a growing business that offers you the autonomy to manage your own workload? PT Renewables is partnered with a national Facilities Management business looking to grow their HSE team.
This role offers full autonomy in the projects/sites that you manage, giving you the flexibility to work from home with occasional site visits across the North of London when required.
The Role
This is a role that combines strategy and hands-on action. As an HSEQ Advisor, you'll be at the heart of working safely, embedding safety-first thinking and ensuring teams deliver to the highest quality standards. You'll advise, guide and support teams across multiple sites, ensuring sites not only meet legal and regulatory obligations but exceed them. From auditing and investigations to risk assessments and training, you'll have the tools and the platform to make a real impact. You'll also play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining systems aligned to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
About you
- NEBOSH certificate
- Solid experience in a national or multi-site HSEQ role
- (Preferred) Internal auditor certification (ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001)
- (Preferred) Background working in Facilities Management.
- A good grasp of CDM regulations and incident investigation
- Able to work independently, travel regionally, and manage multiple priorities
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Starting salary up to £45,000. Monthly car allowance. Hybrid working - wfh when reporting, on-site when auditing. 33 days holiday, pension, training & development and more.
