Are you an experienced Sustainability Consultant with strong experience in IES? Looking to join a boutique and growing business, leading on a variety of Energy Modelling projects?
We're partnered with a specialist sustainability consultancy based in London, and they're looking to bring an experienced Energy Modelling Consultant into their team.
The Role
You'll be a senior voice within a consultancy that delivers across commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects, working on everything from dynamic thermal modelling and overheating assessments through to BREEAM energy credits and Part L compliance. You'll have the opportunity to get involved in client-facing conversations - so being able to translate complex modelling outputs into clear recommendations is just as important as the technical ability.
About you
- Strong hands-on IES VE experience (ApacheSim essential)
- Delivered TM52 overheating assessments and TM54 energy modelling
- Non-domestic EPCs and BRUKL reports
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regs Part L and CIBSE AM11
- BREEAM RFO and/or New Construction experience - with credits to show for it
Package
- Salary up to £60,000 (flex for right candidate)
- Hybrid working in South-West London office
- Bonus opportunities based on personal performance
- Development opportunities, pension, healthcare and more.
I'm really looking for someone who has hands-on delivery of BREEAM energy credits - ENE 01 at minimum - as non-negotiable. Same goes for EPCs: we need DSM-based EPCs, not SBEM. If you've been sat alongside someone doing this work but haven't owned the outputs yourself, this probably isn't the right fit.
If this sounds like it could be a good match, I'd love to have a conversation.
