We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major infrastructure regeneration scheme in North London – part of Enfield Council’s £6bn Meridian Water development. This £120m project includes remediation, utilities, new roads, bridges, flood mitigation and large-scale landscaped parkland.
Role
- Lead on commercial management of key project packages
- Manage tenders, procurement and supply chain engagement
- Monitor valuations, variations, applications for payment and final accounts
- Deliver cost reports, forecasts and set financial targets
- Drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvement with subcontractors
- Identify and manage commercial risks/opportunities
- Support client negotiations and dispute resolution
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a QS / Senior QS on large civils or infrastructure schemes
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
- Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management qualification
- Chartered or working towards chartership (desirable)
