We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join a leading Student Accommodation business, looking after state-of-the-art accommodation.

The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the residences in top-notch condition – inside and out. Whether it’s carrying out repairs, performing regular maintenance, or ensuring a safe and clean environment, your work will help students live their best life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure the community is well-maintained, clean, and functional.
  • Perform repairs, redecoration, and general upkeep of the residence.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for students at all times.
  • Conduct health and safety checks, including fire safety and risk assessments.
  • Work on both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

About you

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintenance.
  • Ideally, some experience in maintenance, facilities, or security (a relevant trade is a plus but not essential).
  • A commitment to health and safety practices in the workplace.
