This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be steering carbon advisory work, supporting commercial growth and helping shape how we deliver world-class sustainability services.
The RoleYou’ll be a go-to expert across a broad suite of climate-focused services - everything from carbon footprinting (Scope 1, 2 & 3) through to SBTi target setting, TCFD alignment and UK carbon policy frameworks like CBAM and PPN 006. You’ll be working with a mix of clients pushing into real-world decarbonisation, and you’ll have a direct voice in shaping our service offerings and go-to-market activities.
- Lead delivery of carbon and sustainability consultancy projects - including SBTi, LCA’s, EPDs, TCFD, UK CFD, CBAM, PPN 006, carbon footprinting and sustainability training.
- Bring structure and improvement to our consulting processes - from CRM to delivery standards and client communications.
- Partner with marketing to showcase your team’s work: webinars, case studies (print and video), thought leadership and industry insights.
- Coordinate project workflow to ensure clients get exceptional, timely outcomes — and help shape resource planning where needed.
- Be a trusted client contact on consultancy services, supporting leads through to new contracts and uncovering upsell opportunities.
- Track trends across the market and help evolve our services in line with best practice and emerging needs.
- Strong expertise in carbon accounting, reporting frameworks and sustainability methodologies.
- Experience delivering consultancy or client-facing projects with tangible outcomes.
- Commercial awareness and a flair for helping clients see value in enhanced services.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to help shape processes and service evolution.
- Salary between £50,000 - £60,000
