PT Renewables is a fast‑growing management consultancy delivering sustainability and energy solutions to a global client base. We are supporting their search for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Consultancy Services to lead, develop and scale their consultancy offering.
The Role
- This is a hands‑on senior leadership position, combining strategic oversight with direct client delivery, team leadership and service development.
- You’ll be the driving force behind the consultancy function – setting direction, building capability and ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.
- Lead and develop the internal consultancy team delivering services – this includes ESOS, SBTi, LCA, EPDs, TCFD, Carbon Footprinting (Scopes 1, 2 & 3) and sustainability training.
- Own and implement process improvements across upselling, cross‑selling, service delivery and client communications.
- Work closely with Marketing to bring consultancy expertise to life through webinars, case studies, thought leadership, articles and industry insights.
- Set, manage and track team targets, P&L, account retention and growth.
- Play an active role in the Senior Leadership Team, providing regular updates on performance, opportunities, success stories and priorities.
- Foster a strong, positive team culture through regular 1‑to‑1s, coaching and leadership of team leads.
- Oversee consultancy project workflows to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
- Lead client engagement for consultancy services, converting new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
About You

- This will suit someone with a strategic thinking mindset, commercial awareness, and who enjoys being involved with both clients and delivery.
- You’ll bring proven experience leading consultancy teams and complex client engagements.

Package
- Salary up to £70,000 – flex for the right candidate.
