We’re looking for a hands-on Depot Foreman to take the lead at our busy East Grinstead site. This role is perfect for someone with a solid engineering background (plant, diesel, or generators) who’s ready to step up, run a team, and keep operations smooth and safe.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running the day-to-day of the depot workshop and yard
  • Leading and motivating a team of engineers and labourers
  • Making sure kit is maintained, prepped and ready to go out on hire
  • Supporting with installations, site visits, and the depot call-out rota
  • Keeping safety standards high and the place running like clockwork

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading a small team in a workshop or depot setting
  • Strong with H&S and compliance (you set the standard, others follow)
  • Organised, practical, and happy to roll your sleeves up
  • Full UK driving licence
