We’re looking for a hands-on Depot Foreman to take the lead at our busy East Grinstead site. This role is perfect for someone with a solid engineering background (plant, diesel, or generators) who’s ready to step up, run a team, and keep operations smooth and safe.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running the day-to-day of the depot workshop and yard
- Leading and motivating a team of engineers and labourers
- Making sure kit is maintained, prepped and ready to go out on hire
- Supporting with installations, site visits, and the depot call-out rota
- Keeping safety standards high and the place running like clockwork
What we’re looking for:
- Experience leading a small team in a workshop or depot setting
- Strong with H&S and compliance (you set the standard, others follow)
- Organised, practical, and happy to roll your sleeves up
- Full UK driving licence
