As a project manager in the Solar Industry, you’re probably already focused on driving the future of energy to greener, cleaner technology. You may be looking for a new role with an organisation that is driving the design, installation and maintenance of Solar Panels for schools and businesses.
Over the last 7 years, they have grown their business through reputation into one of the UK’s leading providers of PV and battery storage solutions. They’ve built an impressive client base in the commercial/education space, helping their customers save millions of pounds and thousands of tonnes of CO2. Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Project Manager with PV experience to join them on their journey as they continue their mission to help institutions adopt green energy.
Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, at the right quality, procuring equipment/materials, and working with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
This role will focus on delivering services to their Midlands clients, with the expectation to be on site 2-3 days per week, the rest from home, with a visit to their office in Coventry once every 2 weeks or so.
Location & travel:- Midlands-focused role with on-site requirements 2–3 days per week.
- Office visits in Coventry approximately every two weeks.
- 2 years experience working within the PV industry, ideally with rooftop panel project management experience.
- Valid Driving licence and willingness to travel to site as needed.
- Salary up to £70,000.
- Company bonus based on personal and company performance.
- £500 car allowance per month during probation period (before then moving to a company vehicle unless otherwise agreed).
