Are you an MRICS Chartered Surveyor? Looking for a senior-leadership position in a specialist consultancy, driving sustainable transformation in the built environment? PT Renewables is partnered with a boutique Sustainability Consultancy on the look for an Associate Director-level Chartered Project Management Surveyor or Building Surveyor to take the reins on a variety of innovative and meaningful projects.
You will both shape the business direction while also being involved in the hands-on delivery of a range of multi-story new build residential schemes and commercial refurbishments.
The role:
- Lead end-to-end project management across a range of schemes including commercial, residential, heritage, and passivhaus developments.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget.
- Provide strategic leadership across project lifecycles, from feasibility and design to procurement, delivery, and final handover.
- Play a critical role in business development and client engagement, helping to grow our project pipeline and strengthen our reputation.
- Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team, contributing to our collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
About you:
- MRICS qualified – minimum two years post-chartership.
- RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc) in Building Surveying, Construction Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong track record of managing a variety of commercial and/or residential construction projects.
- Clear understanding of retrofitting, low-carbon design, and MEES requirements (experience in these areas is a plus).
