If you've got your 2391 and you're doing the QS role alongside quoting, supervising and half the office, this is the one where it's just the job.
We're working with an M&E contractor delivering across some of the biggest retail and grocery estates in the country.
Store refurbs, decarbonisation programmes, plant replacement and rollout work, all in live trading environments at national scale.
They need a Qualifying Supervisor to be registered for the branch and own the compliance side properly.
What you'd be doing
- Registered NICEIC QS for the branch, including annual assessment
- Verifying the electricians' inspection and test results and getting certificates issued on time
- Running defects close-out across projects in their 12 month liability period, holding subcontractors to it
- Keeping the cert, calibration and PAT trackers straight
- Periodic site visits to check install quality ahead of testing and commissioning
- Monthly reporting into the M&E Director
What you'll need
- 18th Edition BS7671
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, any route β apprenticeship, EWA or time served with 2360 Part 1 and 2 all count
- ECS Gold Card
- Either current QS registration, or the qualification profile to be nominated. First time nominees welcome
