We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical installations on commercial, industrial, and renewable energy projects across Cardiff and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manager with strong leadership skills, a solid electrical background, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day electrical operations on site.
- Lead and supervise electrical operatives and subcontractors.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with project RAMS and site procedures.
- Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors to maintain programme targets.
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and quality audits.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure installations comply with current regulations, specifications, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, Supervisor, or Foreman.
- Valid SMSTS qualification.
- Black CSCS Card.
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- ECS Gold Card desirable.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
