The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow our UK business. This is a solution-selling role, not just transactional sales. You’ll work with businesses, fleet operators, and partners to understand their challenges and help design EV charging solutions that meet their operational and commercial needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of workplace and depot fleet opportunities.
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their electrification challenges.
  • Help position Charging as a Service model as a long-term, value-driven solution.
  • Build relationships with businesses, fleet operators, property stakeholders, and partners.
  • Prepare proposals that combine infrastructure, funding, and ongoing services.
  • Contribute to the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are deliverable and aligned to customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed activity and revenue targets with support from senior team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales (experience in EV, energy, or fleet not required).
  • Strong ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially minded with a consultative, problem-solving approach.
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
  • Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone.
  • A keen interest in sustainability, or renewable energy is a plus.

The role is primarily office-based, with time spent in external meetings as required.
