Are you an experienced Sustainability Consultant within the building services industry? Do you have your BREEAM AP or Assessor certification? We are working with a specialist, boutique, Sustainability Consultancy who is growing their Consultancy team with two brand-new BREEAM qualified Sustainability Consultants. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing consultancy and take the lead on some of the most innovative and complex sustainable construction projects in the UK.
The Role
You will be leading on BREEAM Assessments across a variety of commercial projects within Building Services. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior consultants, build relationships with clients and get involved with the wider sustainability and energy reduction plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading on Sustainability Assessments - specifically BREEAM.
- Wider sustainability assessments and consultations, including WELL, Fitwell and more.
- Lead client and design team workshops.
- Support junior team members' training and development.
About you
- Minimum BREEAM AP certification - BREEAM Assessor is even better!
- Building Services industry background.
- Wider Sustainability and Net-zero consulting experience.
