Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer in Leicester, England, United Kingdom (On-site)

Permanent | Full Time | 47.5 hours – Monday to Friday (7:30am – 4:30pm + overtime)

Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum

Job Description: Creating and maintaining great places to live and work — delivered by excellent people who care. We are currently recruiting a skilled and proactive Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work with the maintenance team on a retail contract across the Leicester area. This is a mobile role focused on delivering high-quality HVAC services across client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver scheduled PPMs and respond to reactive maintenance requests
  • Fault-finding and breakdown repair of air conditioning systems
  • Rectify temperature control issues via BMS adjustments
  • Perform mechanical maintenance (e.g. motors, belts, valves)
  • Carry out minor installation works where required
  • Use CAFM system via iPad for job management and compliance reporting
  • Engage with clients and site stakeholders in a professional manner

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
  • F-GAS 2079 CAT1 certification
  • Proven experience with building maintenance and HVAC systems
  • Comfortable working at height, on roofs, and with access equipment (MEWPs)
  • Confident using digital systems for task and compliance management
