Solar Field Technician

O&M Field Technician / Engineer – Solar & Battery Storage

Location: Flexible within Southern / Midlands regions (Andover / Salisbury preferred)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience

We are looking for 2-3 experienced O&M Field Technicians / Engineers to join our renewable energy team. You will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of solar PV plants and battery energy storage systems (BESS) across multiple sites in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventative maintenance and fault-finding on solar PV and BESS sites
• Electrical testing and commissioning of renewable energy systems
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and BS7671 standards
• Support EPC teams when required

Requirements:

• Electrical knowledge
• Full UK driver licence
• 2-3 years\’ experience in BESS / Solar PV desirable
• BS7671 and Periodic Inspection & Testing advantageous
