We specialise in transforming commercial spaces, offering a full end-to-end service from design and procurement to construction and mechanical installation. With over 20 years of experience in fast paced environments, our team thrives on delivering innovative, efficient, and high-standard solutions for every project we take on.

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee various mechanical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality:

  • Manage and deliver a variety of mechanical projects across commercial environments
  • Attend and coordinate on-site project phases and design meetings
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare reports
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure projects meet health, safety, and quality standards
  • Drive efficiency, innovation, and process improvements across projects
  • Manage project profitability and ensure budget margins are maintained

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in mechanical project delivery
  • Proven project management skills
  • Background in mechanical engineering, building services, or HVAC
  • Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, CSCS card)
