My client are looking for a driven, confident and customer-focused Residential Solar Sales candidate to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional to help homeowners reduce their energy costs while supporting the transition to cleaner, greener living.

The role

  • You will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries and qualified appointments into residential solar sales.
  • You’ll guide customers through the full sales process, explain the benefits of solar clearly and credibly, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Convert inbound enquiries and pre-qualified appointments into sales.
  • Conduct home visits, phone calls, and virtual consultations with prospective customers.
  • Assess customer needs and design tailored solar solutions.
  • Present the financial and environmental benefits of solar clearly and confidently.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from appointment to close.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners.
  • Work closely with survey, operations, and installation teams to ensure a seamless handover.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with solar products, market trends, and government incentives.
