My client is looking for a driven, confident and customer-focused Residential Solar Sales candidate to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional to help homeowners reduce their energy costs while supporting the transition to cleaner, greener living.
You will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries and qualified appointments into residential solar sales. Youβll guide customers through the full sales process, explain the benefits of solar clearly and credibly, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Conduct home visits, phone calls, and virtual consultations with prospective customers.
- Present the financial and environmental benefits of solar clearly and confidently.
- Manage the full sales cycle from appointment to close.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners.
- Work closely with survey, operations, and installation teams to ensure a seamless handover.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Proven sales experience, ideally in residential solar, home improvement, or a similar consultative sales environment. Full UK driving licence preferred. Training and development to support your progression.
