Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of fire & security installation projects from order through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to a high technical standard.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing projects from initial order through to completion
  • Coordinating engineering teams and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and preparing RAMS
  • Producing O&M manuals, certificates, and project documentation
  • Managing labour schedules to meet tight deadlines
  • Procuring equipment and materials for projects
  • Pricing and coordinating additional works within live projects
  • Attending meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining client communication
  • Liaising with directors, management, and engineering teams
  • Driving customer satisfaction and project delivery standards

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems (essential)
  • Experience with security systems (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms) (essential)
  • Understanding of IP-based systems (desirable)
  • Experience with complex fire alarm design (cause & effect / networking) (desirable)
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (essential)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

Desirable qualifications:

  • FIA fire design or equivalent industry qualifications
