As Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee various mechanical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. You’ll work closely with site teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deliver a variety of mechanical projects across commercial environments
- Attend and coordinate on-site project phases and design meetings
- Conduct site surveys and prepare reports
- Monitor KPIs and ensure projects meet health, safety, and quality standards
- Drive efficiency, innovation, and process improvements across projects
- Manage project profitability and ensure budget margins are maintained
- Strong experience in mechanical project delivery
- Proven project management skills
- Background in mechanical engineering, building services, or HVAC
- Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, CSCS card)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
