We specialise in transforming commercial spaces, offering a full end-to-end service from design and procurement to construction and mechanical installation. With over 20 years of experience in fast paced environments, our team thrives on delivering innovative, efficient, and high-standard solutions for every project we take on.
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee various mechanical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
- Manage and deliver a variety of mechanical projects across commercial environments.
- Attend and coordinate on-site project phases and design meetings.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare reports.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure projects meet health, safety, and quality standards.
- Drive efficiency, innovation, and process improvements across projects.
- Manage project profitability and ensure budget margins are maintained.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in mechanical project delivery.
- Proven project management skills.
- Background in mechanical engineering, building services, or HVAC.
- Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, CSCS card).
