Reporting into the Head of TPI Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving volume, revenue and market presence through your broker portfolio. This role suits someone who enjoys sales at its core: picking up the phone, getting in front of partners, building trust, and closing deals.

Energy industry experience is helpful, but drive, resilience and hunger to sell are the most important factors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop and manage a portfolio of TPI / broker relationships
  • Drive high outbound activity via calls, meetings, events and regular engagement
  • Win new business and increase market share through TPIs
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships that position as a go-to supplier
  • Manage flexible energy tenders from enquiry through to deal acceptance
  • Price and structure deals in line with commercial objectives and broker requirements
  • Work closely with internal Trading, Operations and Support teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Attend face-to-face meetings, industry events and networking opportunities
  • Promote the company’s proposition, values and strategy consistently
