They're investing in the AC delivery side of the business and need an experienced Project Manager to own the end-to-end on installation programmes and FM services across their estate.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning AC install projects from survey and scope through planning, delivery, commissioning, and handover
- Leading a team of AC engineers, supervisors, and specialist subcontractors across multi-site retail and commercial work
- Running the commercial side properly, budgets, variations, margin, forecasting, and timely reporting
What you'll need:
- Proven AC project management experience, ideally across both install and FM
- F-Gas qualified with strong working knowledge of CDM 2015, SFG20, TM44, and RAMS
- Track record of multi-site delivery and confident client-facing communication
