🚨 Contractor Resource Manager
📍 Location: Glasgow

Are you highly organised with a talent for managing people and processes? We're looking for a Contractor Resource Manager to take charge of end-to-end contractor lifecycle management and ensure smooth delivery of projects across the business.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead sourcing, attraction, and recruitment of temporary staff
- Oversee onboarding and induction of new contractors
- Maintain contractor files and competency registers
- Plan and allocate resources for project delivery alongside the operations team
- Monitor workforce capacity to ensure successful project outcomes
- Support the upkeep of an audit-compliant Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Handle key admin tasks including client reporting, timesheet submissions, training coordination, and more
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain clear communication
- Support the Associate Director with people management duties
🛡️ Safety Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain safe working practices in line with legal and company standards
- Adhere to working time regulations and policies around drug and alcohol use
- Brief team members on safe systems of work and complete documentation as required

Essential:
- Full UK driving licence (clean)
- 5 GCSEs (A-C) including Maths and English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Lists)
- Proven office management and business process experience
