What you'll be doing:

  • Owning AC install projects from survey and scope through planning, delivery, commissioning, and handover
  • Leading a team of AC engineers, supervisors, and specialist subcontractors across multi-site retail and commercial work
  • Running the commercial side properly, budgets, variations, margin, forecasting, and timely reporting

What you'll need:

  • Proven AC project management experience, ideally across both install and FM
  • F-Gas qualified with strong working knowledge of CDM 2015, SFG20, TM44, and RAMS
  • Track record of multi-site delivery and confident client-facing communication
