We're looking for two Electrical Site Managers to join a growing business delivering a strong pipeline of commercial, industrial and renewable energy projects across South Wales.

You'll have the autonomy to take ownership on site while being backed by an experienced delivery team and a business with plenty of work secured for the future.
This isn't a role where you'll be sat behind a desk all day. We're looking for someone who can build relationships on site, keep projects moving, maintain high standards and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to specification.
What you'll be doing:

- Leading electricians, subcontractors and site teams
- Coordinating labour, materials and programme requirements
- Working closely with Project Managers, clients and other trades
- Driving health & safety standards and ensuring compliance with RAMS
- Carrying out site inspections, toolbox talks and quality checks
- Solving problems, maintaining progress and keeping projects on track
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience managing electrical installations on site
- SMSTS qualification
- Black CSCS Card
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and site procedures
- The ability to lead teams, communicate effectively and deliver results
What's in it for you?
- Β£50,000 - Β£55,000 salary
- Long-term, secure project pipeline
- Exposure to commercial, industrial and renewable energy projects
- Genuine opportunities for progression
- Supportive management team and positive working environment
If you're an experienced Electrical Site Manager looking for your next challenge and want to join a business with exciting projects and a strong order book, we'd love to speak with you.
