We’re currently working with a well-established and growing M&E contractor who are looking to add an experienced Electrical Estimator to their commercial team. This is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality electrical projects across the commercial and industrial sectors.
The Role:
- Preparing accurate electrical cost estimates for projects ranging from small works to larger installations
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Producing detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Supporting bid submissions and tender returns
- Identifying cost risks, value engineering opportunities, and efficiencies
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator within M&E / building services
- Strong understanding of electrical installations and commercial pricing
- Confident interpreting technical drawings and specs
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
