I am currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer for one of the UK’s first independent ICPs, specialising in High Voltage Electrical Infrastructure. Having delivered over 1500 projects to the grid, they’ve built a very impressive client base (95% of their business is repeat!) and are now leveraging their experience to drive renewable energy projects across Wind, Solar, Nuclear, and CHP.
As one of their Senior Electrical Project Engineers, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of High Voltage Renewable projects, end-to-end (up to £30m). They’re fully employee-owned and have incredible employee tenure within the business, due to their focus on career progression (this role has come about due to a number of employee promotions), as well as ensuring continued career development through paying for courses and certifications.
What will you be doing?
- Manage HV projects end-to-end.
- Oversee compliance, budget, delivery and procurement.
- Manage key stakeholders (DNOs, suppliers, TSO and client contractors).
What experience do you need?
- Experience in HV Electrical Engineering.
- Experience within Project Management/Project Engineering.
- Ideally an Electrical Engineering degree or HDN.
