PT Renewables are working exclusively with an exciting and growing business in the heart of Bristol to find a Project Administrator to join their team. They work in the low-carbon energy sector - think infrastructure projects that are actually making a difference to how the UK heats its homes and buildings.
The Role
You'll be sitting within the Project Management team, keeping everything moving along behind the scenes. In summary, their projects generate a lot of documentation - drawings, technical submissions, client packs, handover files - and your job is to make sure it's all in the right place, properly organised, and easy to find when someone needs it. It's a role where being naturally organised pays off. If you're the kind of person who makes sure everything is organised and wants to fix it when they end up in the wrong place - this could be for you.
Day to Day
- Receiving and distributing project documents and technical submissions (O&M)
- Keeping filing systems up to date across SharePoint
- Putting together client-facing packs and document transmittals
- Supporting the Project Managers with correspondence, meeting notes, and action tracking
- Helping compile handover and close-out documentation at the end of projects
About You
Engineering experience is not a necessity - this is really about being organised, reliable, and good with people. Some project support/administration experience would be great, but we're open on the sector. You'll probably tick most of these boxes:
- Good with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ideally SharePoint
- Used to managing a few multiple projects at once
- Happy communicating with different people at different levels
- A natural eye for detail - you notice when something's not quite right
- Calm, professional, and easy to work with
The Package
Up to Β£35,000. Hybrid working in central Bristol. Bonus opportunities. Enhanced leave, regular socials, and support for personal development.
