Mobile Maintenance Technician (Multi-Skilled)
Salary: £33,000 + Company Van + Overtime + On-Call Allowance

Location: Covering East Midlands area (Sheffield – Wellingborough OR Skegness – Crewe)
We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the team and carry out a mix of planned and reactive repairs across a network of sites. This is a mobile role, averaging around 100 miles travel per day, so you’ll need to be comfortable working independently on the move.
The Role
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Repair and maintain doors, locks, lighting, toilets, and general facilities
- Handle painting, decorating, and general multi-trade works
- Take part in an on-call rota (1 in 12) and cover overtime when required
- Work to a 7:30am – 5pm (door-to-door) schedule with company van provided
What You’ll Need
- Strong knowledge of doors and locks
- Multi-skilled background in general building/facilities maintenance
- Experience in a mobile role with regular travel
- Emergency lighting training
- ACOP L8 – Legionella awareness
- IPAF 3a & 3b and PASMA certifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Great customer service and communication skills

- Broader multi-trade qualifications or FM background
