Saat ini kami sedang mencari kandidat untuk posisi R&D Manager (Site Kendal) dengan tanggung jawab sebagai berikut:
- Merencanakan, mengarahkan, dan mengendalikan seluruh kegiatan penelitian dan pengembangan produk baru maupun penyempurnaan produk existing sesuai strategi bisnis perusahaan.
- Memastikan seluruh proses pengembangan produk berjalan sesuai SOP, standar mutu, keamanan pangan, serta regulasi ekspor dan domestik.
- Mengkoordinasikan trial produksi, validasi formula, sensory evaluation, serta pengembangan teknologi inti perusahaan.
- Memimpin koordinasi lintas departemen (Produksi, QA/QC, Engineering, Supply Chain, Raw Material) dalam pelaksanaan program R&D.
- Mengelola penggunaan bahan baku, fasilitas laboratorium, serta anggaran R&D secara efektif dan efisien.
- Memastikan dokumentasi R&D lengkap, akurat, serta menjaga kerahasiaan data penelitian perusahaan.
- Melakukan update regulasi pangan, food fraud, food defence, serta standar internasional sesuai negara tujuan ekspor.
- Membina, mengembangkan kompetensi, serta mengevaluasi kinerja tim R&D untuk mencapai target inovasi perusahaan.
- Menyusun laporan perkembangan proyek R&D dan rekomendasi strategis kepada manajemen secara berkala.
Persyaratan:
- Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang R&D industri makanan, dengan pengalaman sebagai Supervisor/Assistant Manager menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memahami standar dan sistem mutu pangan: GMP, HACCP, Halal, Allergen Management, CCP & OPRP, BRCGS.
- Memiliki kemampuan kuat dalam sensory analysis, product development, dan regulatory compliance (ekspor & lokal).
- Terampil dalam dokumentasi proyek, analisis data, serta penggunaan tools seperti MS Office/Excel.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, problem solving, dan koordinasi lintas fungsi yang sangat baik.
- Mampu bekerja dengan target, inovatif, serta menjaga kerahasiaan informasi perusahaan.
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani serta bersedia bekerja di lingkungan pabrik/manufaktur.
