Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalents
- Min. 1 year experience as Industrial Engineering in Garment Manufacturing
- Required language(s): English
- Having working experience in this related field will be a plus point
- GSD License certification will be a plus point
- Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset
- Strong & excellent communication, leadership skills & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing
- Flexibility to work in shifting basis
Responsibilities
- Prepare layout, Yamazumi and machine setting STW
- Identify opportunities to optimize operational work content allocated to TM to increase productivity with the same footprint.
- Engage with the Machine Design & Development engineer & Autonomation Engineer to identify autonomation opportunities to reduce operational SMV
- Be on alert for abnormalities in shop floor and engage in resolving them
