MAJU BERSAMA GEMILANG (here in after refer to as "MBG") is a subsidiary company of HENGTONG Group and located in KIK Industrial Park, Semarang, Indonesia, which is a high-tech company specializing in the production of optical fiber, optical cable, ODN and Submarine cable. By taking advantage of the full industry chain in the telecom sector, MBG is now expanding the telecom engineering project business and welcomes excellent talents with industrious experiences to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Legal & Permit processes
- Responsible for drafting and reviewing various legal documents of the company
- Responsible for the entire process of obtaining permits related to the employment of foreign workers (TKA) in the company
- Responsible for ensuring company accurate and timely reports through SIINas
- Responsible for identifying, obtaining, renewing, and ensuring compliance with various operational and other permits required by the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Law or related field
- Have experience as Legal at least 2 years in the manufacture industry
- Good in English
