PT. MAJU BERSAMA GEMILANG (MBG) is a subsidiary company of HENGTONG Group and is located in KIK Industrial Park, Semarang, Indonesia. MBG is a high-tech company specializing in the production of optical fiber, optical cable, ODN, and submarine cable. By taking advantage of the full industry chain in the telecom sector, MBG is now expanding its telecom engineering project business and welcomes talented individuals with industrious experience to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Regularly inspect and maintain mechanical equipment to ensure its safety and normal operation.
- Participate in the planning, budgeting, and schedule management of infrastructure projects.
- Responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment during the commissioning process.
- Guide front-line maintenance staff to carry out basic maintenance work and optimize equipment maintenance standard SOP.
- Propose and compile equipment performance improvement plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related majors.
- Proficient in Siemens PLC.
- Good in English.
