MBG is expanding the telecom engineering project business and welcomes excellent talents with industrious experiences to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Review & check the legitimacy, rationality and authenticity of payment original documents and the supporting document.
- Handle banking transactions & documentation and manage petty cash.
- Perform Bank Indonesia compliance reporting.
- Prepare treasury-related reports, including cash position and journal reports.
- Process payments to suppliers and vendors.
- Assist in monitoring foreign exchange risks and investment activities.
- Prepare requests for internal and external audit data for financial audits, annual inspections, etc.
- Assist superiors in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports.
- Timely collect and archive accounting documents, books and statements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Familiar with ERP System (ACCURATE, SAP, MES, etc.) and Tax system.
- Good in English.
