Requirements
- Education & Background
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, International Business, Supply Chain, or related disciplines. - Professional Experience
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Export–Import operations, including shipment management, customs clearance, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
At least 5 years of experience specifically in the garment/textile industry, with an understanding of production flow, fabric/material handling, and buyer requirements.
Strong knowledge of export–import regulations, HS codes, INCO terms, customs procedures, and documentation flow.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes, including coordination with shipping lines, forwarders, customs brokers, and internal production teams.
Proficient in using computer applications (MS Office, Excel, and related business systems).
Familiarity with SAP and CEISA systems is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple international shipments and tight schedules efficiently. - Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal especially for managing communication with international buyers and vendors.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to lead a team, manage workload distribution, and ensure timely completion of export–import activities. - Personal Attributes
